📋 Description

• Provide L1.5 to L2 operational and functional support for Oracle Siebel applications across Order
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and operational incidents within established
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled Siebel jobs and batch processes, ensuring successful and
• Investigate and resolve SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents affecting customer orders, account
• Analyze JSON payloads and data integrations to identify the root causes of incidents and determine
• Apply knowledge of business processes across Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Siebel, application support, techno-functional
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, core functionality, business processes, and
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex Siebel application and operational issues in
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents
• Experience supporting customer data management and privacy-related processes is highly desirable
