Sign Language Direct Support Professional (ASL DSP)

📋 Description

• Support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) one-on-one in
• Provide companionship, mentorship and assist with daily living tasks
• Work with a female client in zip 19082; proficiency in ASL required
• Flexible scheduling with shifts across Philadelphia area
• Part-time role with potential for additional hours
• Assist with errands, appointments, and client’s hobbies

🎯 Requirements

• One+ year experience with IDD preferred; training may be available
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to activities
• Fluent in ASL (American Sign Language)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a caregiving environment
