Develop contracting strategies for assigned projects; APAC focus.
Work with Clinical Operations to meet study timelines.

🎯 Requirements

Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating CTAs and vendor contracts.
End-to-end Site Contract Management in APAC region.
Strong site budget negotiation experience.
Client-facing during contracting process.
Experience in CRO, life sciences, biotech or pharma industries.
Experience with global institutions focusing on APAC.
Graduate/postgraduate/4-year degree; equivalent legal/healthcare experience; 5+ years.
Fluency in English.
