🎯 Requirements

Experience managing large outdoor festivals or experiential events.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with Google Drive and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meetings).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for long days.
Strong communication, leadership, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
Must be able to work in the event country with valid work authorization; First-Aid certification is
