Site Quality Manager - Gas Power Generation

📋 Description

• Champion the quality culture across projects and verify that the Quality Program is consistently
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Inspection Instructions, Test Instructions, quality
• Train, develop, and mentor Site Quality Coordinators and support the integration of Quality Control
• Support the development of Quality Control Work Plans and ensure inspection and testing
• Coach construction personnel on quality assurance practices, analyze quality trends, and
• Promote adherence to Standard Work Instructions, mandatory operating procedures, Lessons Learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, construction management, engineering, quality, or related field
• Eight or more years of progressive related experience, preferably including construction quality
• Strong understanding of Quality Control Inspection, Test Instructions, Standard Work, Lessons
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, nonconformance reporting, quality data reporting, and continuous
• Ability to read engineering drawings, project specifications, and OEM manuals
• Ability to acquire knowledge of energy construction methods and engineering practices
