Site Quality Manager - Nuclear

📋 Description

• Promote a Right First Time culture across all manufacturing and installation activities.
• Drive, develop and maintain Nuclear Safety Culture behaviours throughout the organisation.
• Manage and continuously improve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Act as the main point of contact for all manufacturing and installation quality matters.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Quality Control team, ensuring appropriate training and competency
• Ensure project procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with the Business Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Quality Control or Quality Management role
• Significant experience within UK nuclear sector or highly regulated industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes and inspections
• Experience managing quality documentation and lifetime quality records
• Knowledge of welding quality requirements, welder qualifications, NDT activities
• Investigation of non-conformances and root cause analysis
