Site Reliability Engineer - Linux

📋 Description

• Maintain and improve the health of database servers and instances across a large-scale fleet
• Build and enhance telemetry and observability for databases and hosts
• Identify and implement performance improvements across database systems
• Execute and continuously improve patching processes at scale
• Move from day-to-day operational execution toward proactive, engineering-driven improvements over
• Collaborate with a distributed, international team across multiple time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating at scale, meaning you have managed or administered a service or fleet spanning
• Hands-on administration experience with at least one open-source datastore
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Proficiency in Linux/Bash scripting, plus at least one general-purpose programming language (Golang
• Real, hands-on Linux experience in either on-premise or EC2 environments
