Site Reliability Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a senior SRE team, bringing planning, clarity, and career growth while focusing them on
• Stay hands-on by writing production code, building automation, tooling, and golden paths
• Define service ownership, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and deploy/rollback safety; run regular
• Stay in incident loop, run incident command when needed, drive verified remediation, and build
• Build sustainable on-call design and durable coverage through staffing, handoffs, and automation
• Partner across engineering to raise reliability standards and maintain boundaries between SRE

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation and ability to write production-quality code in a modern
• Real reliability depth for production systems and services at scale, ideally in consumer, fintech
• Built foundation at a high-bar, high-scale engineering organization with strong engineering culture
• Recent people leadership experience, managing a small engineering team within the last few years
• Hands-on experience with observability, alerting, safe deploys, automation, and incident command
• Calm, credible communication with team, partner teams, and during live incidents
