Site Security Manager

📋 Description

• Represent and implement AbbVie Global Security initiatives as the site security Point of Contact
• Establish and manage relationships with AbbVie site leadership and crisis management teams.
• Act as the main POC for the business with the third-party security contractor carrying out guarding
• Establish and manage relationships with security integrators and vendors, ensuring service level
• In close coordination with the Regional Security Director, develop, implement, and maintain the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Security Management, Criminal Justice, or similar) is
• Master’s Degree in Security Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• Certification in security management (e.g., ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in a corporate security role, with a minimum of 5 years
• Experience of developing and maintaining complex physical security programmes within a corporate or
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
