📋 Description

• Oversee all daily field operations for high-end interior construction projects.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, manpower, deliveries, and overall workflow.
• Establish daily and weekly priorities to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure field activities align with overall project
• Maintain an organized, professional, and safe job site.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience supervising high-end construction projects in New York City
• Experience with high-end interior construction required; luxury residential, luxury retail, and/or
• Comfortable representing the firm on site in front of clients, architects, and designers with clear
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, safety, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment
