SLP Speech Language Pathologist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• A current VA license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification/experience.
• Education/experience toward ASHA certification.
• Awaiting ASHA certification exam opportunities.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
