Snr Director of HR (Position located in Bangalore, India)

📋 Description

• Partner with Global Success Hub site leaders to develop and manage a unified success hub framework
• Facilitate integrated success hub planning for headcount, capacity, and employee communications to
• Draft and implement robust HR policies, procedures and processes in line with KnowBe4’s culture and
• Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of all existing HR policies and processes, and
• Identify and report on HR-related risks, making recommendations for managing such risks
• Work collaboratively with the CHRO International, local HR teams and Legal to manage complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or experience
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or experience
• Minimum 10 years of human resource leadership experience
• Significant experience in both operational and strategic HR, supporting multiple countries
• Fluent in English and preferable in at least one other language of the countries under this position
• Excellent knowledge of People Operations/HR processes, tools and practices – performance
