Snr. Manager, Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own and evolve KnowBe4's email marketing strategy across prospect, trial, customer onboarding
• Build post-sale customer lifecycle and nurture programs, in deep collaboration with Customer teams
• Design platform expansion and feature-adoption campaigns based on customer needs
• Partner with RevOps function on customer health scoring and expansion-signal detection
• Use product usage, engagement and customer health signals to identify expansion opportunities
• Develop and execute multi-touch nurture programs to progress prospects through the funnel

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing organizations, ideally in Cybersecurity
• 8+ years of experience in email marketing and customer lifecycle marketing, ideally in leadership
• Experience scaling programs across multiple geographies and languages
• Experience successfully partnering with a Customer Success organization to deliver a lifecycle
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
