📋 Description

• Lead real-time content creation and trend-driven storytelling across platforms.
• Shoot, edit, and post native content with strong on-camera presence.
• Turn insights and expert guidance into engaging social content.
• Manage comments/DMs and turn them into content ideas.
• Maintain content calendar and asset library.
• Translate brand/PR initiatives into social-first content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years creating social content for consumer brands (in-house or agency).
• Creator-first mindset with video editing skills for quick-turn content.
• Deep platform fluency: Instagram, TikTok; experience with short-form video.
• Strong sense of culture/trends and proactive idea generation.
• Ability to extract content from community feedback (comments/DMs).
• Experience with Dash Social or similar publishing/analytics platforms a plus.
