📋 Description

• Create entertaining, distinctive social content that audiences want to watch and share.
• Develop fun, educational content that supports Duolingo’s mission and makes learning feel engaging
• Conceptualize, script, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels
• Create content for campaigns ranging from creator collaborations to stories featuring Duolingo’s
• Partner with Social, Brand, Design, Product, and other teams to support product features, launches
• Run short-form content experiments, analyze results, and apply what you learn to future work.

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio of social-first video work that demonstrates strong creative judgment and end-to-end
• 2+ years of experience creating social content for a brand, organization, agency, or established
• Experience producing short-form video, from concept and storyboarding through shooting and editing.
• Proficiency with native social creation tools and video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including how audience
• Experience using content-performance data to evaluate creative work and guide future experiments.
