Social Media Content Creator (Independent Contractor)

📋 Description

• Create and publish social content (Instagram Reels, Stories) to build awareness.
• Work with Social Media Manager to surface people, moments, ideas for Mozilla.
• This is an independent contractor role (not Mozilla employee).
• Engagement: 15–20 hrs/week; remote location; contract role.
• Location: Remote Canada or Remote USA.

• You have a point of view and know how to express it.
• You love to create Reels and are a pro at editing.
• You're creative and full of ideas for social.
• You're comfortable in front of the camera.
• You understand how the algorithm works and how to create content that performs.
