🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of social media experience, in-house or agency
• Hands-on content creation: shoot and edit video yourself
• Deep expertise across Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube
• Sharp copywriting and storytelling with a consistent brand voice
• Comfortable pulling analytics to inform content decisions
• Track record collaborating with Community, PR, or Creative teams
