Social Work Educator

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding and training of Habitat team members on-site at PACE Centers, with an emphasis
• Own training oversight and fidelity for assigned roles — Master’s-level Social Workers, Social Work
• Lead the on-site learning experience for existing and new center launches within their assigned
• Manage the training, practicum, and shadowing assignments and logistics within the Centers for new
• Collaborate with Center leadership to oversee the completion of competency signoffs, skill
• Perform scheduled visits to all assigned centers in the region, supporting leaders and Center

🎯 Requirements

• Resides in California - 75% travel across our PACE Centers
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Active, unrestricted social work licensure in California (e.g., MSW, LCSW or equivalent), where
• 3–5+ years of experience teaching or training in the field, or in a clinical supervisory/educator
• Active clinical or macro social work experience, preferably in healthcare, PACE, geriatrics, or
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation and communication skills.
