Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver well-scoped product and platform changes from design through implementation, testing
• Write clear, maintainable, and secure code that follows team standards and established patterns.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain APIs, services, user-facing features, data workflows, or operational tooling
• Investigate defects and production issues, communicate findings clearly, and implement durable
• Add meaningful tests, monitoring, and documentation so your work is reliable and easy for teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building software through coursework, internships, professional work, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language and the fundamentals of data structures
• Ability to break down a problem, communicate progress, ask for help early, and deliver reliably
• Care for software quality, security, observability, and the experience of the customers who use
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, tools, and business domains and apply feedback to improve
• Familiarity with AI tools or an AI-forward mindset, with interest in using AI to improve
