📋 Description

• Lead engineering team to identify and scope out well-defined tasks
• Execute on scope and be accountable for delivering on time with quality
• Design systems and make architectural decisions to scale with rapid growth
• Mentor peers through 1:1s, design and code reviews
• Promote operational excellence through testing, monitoring, documentation, and on-call support
• Reduce technical debt and share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience building scalable high volume low latency backend services
• Proficiency with Python, NodeJS, and native AWS (CDK, ECS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, RDS
• Experience building mapping and geospatial related products
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as GitHub
• Able to perform independently all development tasks based on designs and specs
• Self-starter who is communication and outcomes-oriented
