📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software development, architecture, integration, testing
• Establish and enforce standards for secure coding, software development, documentation, automated
• Lead Agile planning and execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint and release planning
• Coordinate developers, testers, cybersecurity professionals, architects, product owners, operations
• Translate mission, functional, cybersecurity, and technical requirements into prioritized backlogs
• Integrate cybersecurity findings into development priorities and drive timely vulnerability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information
• 8+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams or major engineering initiatives.
• Proven experience leading the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, operation, and
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams, including backlog refinement, sprint and release
• Strong experience implementing secure SDLC and SecDevOps/DevSecOps practices that integrate
