📋 Description

• Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, automation engineers, architects, and other technical
• Coordinate development activities across internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and operational awareness across the
• Support resource planning, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to support ceremonies including standups, sprint
• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in application and/or systems development.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams, including developers, architects, and
• Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, enterprise application
• Demonstrated experience establishing and enforcing development quality standards, including code
