Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Assess prototypes and decide to harden, rebuild, or redirect, owning the outcome end-to-end.
• Design, build, and ship services on enterprise platforms meeting standards for secure, reliable
• Develop AI-native workflows: agents, first-pass assessment, porting, and test scaffolding as
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance to translate workflows into software people
• Deliver clean handoffs with runbooks, evaluations, and dashboards.
• Establish platform patterns with Enterprise Platforms to scale common solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production backend or full-stack systems.
• Hands-on cloud depth (GCP preferred), including containers, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as
• Experience with AI-native development and AI-generated code review and productionization.
• Strong product sense to scope prototypes and focus on valuable work.
• Excellent communication with non-engineers, especially with finance/legal/HR partners.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably finance or fintech.
