Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the services and interfaces that power Orchard's website and internal tools.
• Work with product and design to turn ideas into clear, well-scoped projects.
• Debug and improve core services to make them faster and more reliable.
• Ensure systems can scale smoothly as the user base grows.
• Write clean, tested code that's easy to understand and maintain.
• Help improve developer workflows, testing, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong skills in at least one language relevant to our stack (Python, TypeScript, or Go), with
• Experience with tools like AWS, Postgres, SQL, Kafka, Airflow, Docker, or CircleCI is a plus.
• Experience directing AI coding tools effectively.
• A low-ego, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in a hands-on team where engineers ship quickly and have real impact.
