📋 Description

• Work closely with machine learning teams to understand their workflows and turn complex
• Design and write Python, leading projects from discovery through delivery
• Improve engineering standards and support users as they push the scale and performance of their
• Build modular libraries for multimodal data loading, distributed training and inference
• Improve reliability, performance and developer experience of systems used across Wayve

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Python experience
• Track record of designing, delivering and maintaining high-quality software systems at scale
• Understanding of software architecture, testing and observability
• Experience with concurrent, parallel or distributed computing
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow (valuable)
• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Azure (valuable)
