Software Engineer (AWS / Python)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable backend applications and services using Python
• Build serverless functions and microservices that support application functionality and
• Design scalable cloud data architectures encompassing data lakes, data warehouses, bulk ingestion
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Python to ingest, transform, enrich, and
• Integrate APIs, batch processes, and real-time data streams using AWS services such as Lambda
• Administer and optimize cloud databases including Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Aurora

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative or
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a comparable engineering role, including
• Strong professional experience developing software with Python and SQL, including stored procedures
• Advanced SQL expertise, including query development, views, stored procedures, triggers, and
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, and Step Functions
• Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with Redshift, Aurora, PostgreSQL
