Evolve Finance services and applications architecture
Investigate root causes for reported issues and implement fixes
Monitor, maintain, and support existing services
Define technical roadmap with Senior and Principal Engineers
Ensure technical feasibility of project scope
Evolve technical capabilities using .NET, Mongo, SQL Server, Kafka, Redis, Docker

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in C# .NET and OOP principles
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and messaging systems (Kafka plus)
Strong testing strategies and code quality passion
Experienced with NoSQL and/or SQL databases
3+ years of software development experience
Proficient English; Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) a plus
