Software Engineer (C/C++, Embedded Linux)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Roku OS features and integrate third-party APIs
• Design scalable solutions for new factory integrations and product bring-up
• Support QA and channel certification teams in end-to-end product development
• Build clean software abstraction layers to bridge hardware and software for platform portability
• Develop automation and testing strategies for Roku TV platform reliability
• Debug and analyze test failures to ensure stable factory and product performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software/firmware development experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in C or C++ programming
• Proficiency in Python for automation testing
• Familiarity with Linux kernel and Linux development/debugging tools
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Codex)
