📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services in a
• Define internal and customer-facing APIs that serve as the building blocks for CDP, prioritizing
• Lead end-to-end delivery of features from implementation through deployment and monitoring
• Strengthen operational excellence across the team by proactively addressing technical debt and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production backend services in a
• Experience designing and shipping internal or customer-facing APIs with a focus on high-quality
• Familiarity deploying and testing in microservice ecosystems, including structured observability
• Proven ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly in writing and in live discussions with
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat
