Software Engineer - Content Ingestion

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain ingestion pipelines for assets from linear feeds and multimedia files.
• Power real-time content matching, recommendations, and advertising insights for Roku's ACR platform.
• Full-stack operations across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS and GCP).
• Create APIs, batch jobs, and infrastructure; manage deployments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with US partners and Seoul engineering team; participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, C++, or Go.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP; familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes; Linux skills; relational (Postgres) and non-relational
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana); CI/CD and Git workflows.
