Contribute to core web platform using Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, Ash, TypeScript, Tailwind, and
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ship features for students and partner
Lead projects, provide mentorship, and participate in pairing, code reviews, and process
Fix bugs, reduce tech debt, and improve testing coverage as the platform scales
Hybrid or remote work option available for the right candidate

🎯 Requirements

At least five years of professional software engineering experience
At least four years with Elixir (or another functional language) in production
Solid understanding of OTP
Experience building web apps with Phoenix and LiveView
Experience designing and consuming APIs
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
