Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend)

📋 Description

• Build and ship backend features end to end, contributing to technical design, implementation
• Design and implement database migrations using established patterns for schema compatibility
• Develop observability, reporting, and audit capabilities that give administrators clear visibility
• Build and maintain security-focused backend features in accordance with established enterprise
• Investigate and resolve scalability and performance bottlenecks under production-like workloads
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues reported by platform operators and enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Professional experience developing and shipping production software with Go.
• Solid understanding of Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, and the sync package.
• Comfortable working with SQL, relational databases, schema changes, and database migrations.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills, with persistence in investigating complex technical
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to surface blockers, risks
