Software Engineer - IC3

📋 Description

• Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.
• Implement and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
• Consume and design APIs (if needed) with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Actively participate in code reviews.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Interact with Product teams and other stakeholders and implement the features.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in tech-based companies, preferably start-ups.
• Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency in Redux and Redux Saga.
• Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems.
• Experience in Python and its ecosystem is a must.
• Should be inclined towards frontend but flexible to work on backend when there's a need.
