Software Engineer III, Feature Flagging

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain features for Box's internal Feature Flagging Platform, ensuring
• Work closely with architects, staff engineers and across teams to introduce and adopt feature
• Actively engage in team meetings, building roadmaps, carving technical vision and spreading
• Play a role in developing and fostering Box culture
• Represent Box Poland internally and externally
• Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Linux, ServiceMesh, Observability tooling, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub
• Strong English proficiency - written and verbal communication skills required for cross-functional
• Preferred skills: Experience with Python
