Software Engineer (L2)

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineers to define solutions.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly, articulating trade-offs and impact.
• Troubleshoot and improve system reliability, tooling, and processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for our managed services.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years writing production-grade code in a modern language
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or similar
• Experience operating large-scale distributed systems on AWS
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS
• Experience shipping services with CI/CD
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and communication
