📋 Description

• Build High-Scale APIs: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance REST APIs and backend
• Power Rich Messaging: Build and enhance rich messaging features, managing high-throughput message
• Operate Cloud Systems: Deploy and support backend services in AWS (open to Azure/GCP experience)
• Leverage Modern AI Tools: Actively integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot)
• Own System Reliability: Support team on-call rotations to maintain high availability and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience building backend services in Java or Go
• Experience designing and building production RESTful APIs as a core part of your day-to-day role
• Experience operating distributed systems on top of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, or
