🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software engineering with strong Android focus
Deep Android SDK development expertise
Real-time comms tech (WebRTC, SIP, RTP) preferred
Java/Kotlin plus C++ proficiency
CI/CD systems and mobile build pipelines familiarity
Strong communication and cross-functional influence
