Software Engineer - Markets

📋 Description

• Build automation pipelines turning manual market creation into self-serve workflows
• Own internal markets portal used to create, configure, and resolve markets daily
• Design and implement backend services for market lifecycle from launch to settlement
• Create tools to spin up markets in minutes for breaking news
• Ship full-stack solutions with Node.js/TypeScript backends and React frontends
• Identify process bottlenecks and build systems eliminating manual work

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of strong TypeScript and Node.js experience
• Comfortable building React frontends and full-stack applications
• Background at startups, not big tech companies
• High agency mindset - you ship fixes without waiting for direction
• Experience with automation and building internal tools
• (Plus) Previous experience with financial markets, trading platforms, or real-time data systems
