Design, build, and ship delightful and bulletproof products and systems that engineers love to use
Own real product work on surfaces including Grok Bot, Cloud Agents, Cursor, and underlying systems
Pick up concrete problems and drive them end to end (UI through backend when needed)
Raise the bar on taste and correctness while moving fast
Turn rough ideas into working prototypes and iterate based on feedback
Ship contained features (frontend + a bit of backend) and improve them based on user feedback

🎯 Requirements

Graduating in Spring 2027 with a degree in CS, software engineering, computer engineering, or a
Have already built something great — an app, OSS, or shipped product (required)
Blend strong engineering skills with AI tools as leverage without giving up correctness
Learn fast, take ownership, and have done something meaningfully hard (internships or equivalent
