📋 Description

• Contribute to backend services and APIs for policy, coverage, enrollment and regional rules that
• Translate product and regulatory requirements into clean, well-tested code and configurable
• Implement experimentation hooks, logging and metrics so Product and Data Science can test offers
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Legal and other engineering teams to deliver
• Use data to find gaps in conversion and reliability, and drive fixes and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend services.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Kotlin, Python or Go.
• Experience building and operating services and APIs, with working knowledge of relational databases
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $162,000 — $186,000 USD
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
