Implement experimentation, logging, and metrics to measure impact.
Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and engineering teams.
Use data to find gaps in conversion, Host engagement, and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years hands-on in backend/full-stack software engineering.
Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent experience.
Exposure to Java and distributed microservice environment.
Fluency in frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, GraphQL).
Expertise in backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
