Software Engineer, Platform

📋 Description

• Build and operate production platform and infrastructure systems
• Work across product infrastructure including PostgreSQL databases and GCP environment
• Develop and maintain internal tooling, data platforms, and systems for internal AI workflows
• Build infrastructure for agentic systems including frameworks, evals, loops, harnesses, and
• Plan and execute production database or GCP changes with safe migration, validation, observability
• Establish feedback loops with internal platform customers to improve infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and GCP
• Experience planning and running migrations at scale with validation, observability, and rollback
• Strong infrastructure judgment with a product mindset
• Experience building interfaces and supporting product surfaces for internal teams
• Security-minded with consideration of access, data handling, failure modes, and operational risk
• Bonus: Experience building infrastructure for agentic systems (evals, loops, harnesses, sandboxes)
