🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Ruby.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications, including the ability to
• Effective Git skills and familiarity with established software development workflows.
• The ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clearly scoped technical tasks and identify
• Strong software engineering practices, including readable code, automated testing, test-driven
• Awareness of secure coding principles and the ability to handle sensitive data and access controls
