• Production relational database experience (e.g., Postgres or MySQL). Experience making decisions
• Engineering experience and technical leadership. 10+ years of experience building and operating
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals. Experience building services that remain correct under
• A systematic approach to performance. Use query plans, traces, profiles, and experiments to find
• Product judgment. Ability to turn customer problems into technical approaches and recognize when
