🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience getting results through teammates - coaching and delegating
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and SQL
• Experience with front-end, back-end, and databases
• Experience using AI-assisted development or enthusiasm to learn quickly
• Comfort in high-growth environment with shifting priorities
