🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience (engineering, technical leadership, and/or management).
• 3+ years of management experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction
• Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and
• Solid engineering background with the ability to 'speak the language' of engineers, review designs
• Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects.
