Software Engineering Manager (Assessment)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers, guiding their day-to-day work and removing blockers so they can deliver.
• Run regular, effective one-on-ones with your direct reports and give continuous, honest feedback.
• Own delivery for your team. Keep work on track, adjust priorities fast, and protect your team's
