📋 Description

• Drive the technical direction and architecture for cross-cutting backend products and platform
• Define and execute platform strategies in collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience leading
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams, ideally within fintech or another
• Strong problem-solving, technical judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong experience with Java 17 or 21, with solid knowledge of backend development principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architectures, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and
