🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring software engineering teams
• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable web or mobile applications
• Strong technical foundation across full-stack development, modern frameworks, and software
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools
• Demonstrated success in project management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
