📋 Description

• Lead a 6-8 person engineering team.
• Split time 50% technical planning and 50% people mgmt.

• Collaborate with product, security, and customer teams for compliant, high-performance systems.
• Must be able to commute to office three times per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation
• 2+ years of prior engineering management or equivalent experience leading an engineering team
• Extensive software development experience
• Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups
• Excitement to work with AI technologies for the public sector
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
